This week, I stayed true to my thrice a week work-out plan and didn’t have to do any cover-up exercises. I maintained the same pace during my twenty minute jog, did a couple of push-ups, stretched out my sides with dumbbells, 20 reps of lunges on either leg and spent a little longer on my cool off stretches. It’s good to find a good balance…I feel I’ve found mine. My brother once said that he doesn’t think I’ll be able to work out for up to an hour non-stop with actual gym equipments because I don’t have a lot of body weight/mass to keep me going. I don’t know how true that is but I think I’ve found what works for me so right now, all I need to maintain my weight is consistency and a good diet.
