WONDER GIRL

WONDER GIRL

They say that in life, timing is everything….well the saying applies to shopping as well and in this case, I was not about to let anything pass me by. I had my eyes out for jeans like this pair throughout the last quarter of 2016 but none of the local retailers chose to show me any love. Fast forward to January when practically all my favorite brands were on sale – particularly Zara.

I had my eyes on this for so so long but they were a bit overpriced so I figured I’d wait another season. So apart from the amazing sale price, they’re the wonder woman mom jeans collection and you know I only buy into trends that are my style – high waisted, straight legs and who doesn’t want a little bit of graffiti here and there?

Being that they were not available here, I reached out to a personal shopper and the entire time the items I bought were in transit, I had my heart in my mouth because I’ve had my share of bad online shopping experiences.

I styled it with an oversized white shirt and a couple of detachable pins I snagged from Primark.

If all my jeans trousers were as comfy as this pair, I’d probably be the happiest bunny but then….thats why we have favorite pieces. I think I could use another pair of mom jeans in blue..maybe…

Anyhu I got this belt from a local retail store and completed the look with my ever dependable open toe booties that are getting a lot of use.
